Short bio
Marcel Richert worked as a research assistant and PhD student at the School of Business, Economics and Social Science of the University of Hamburg. Simultaneously, he was responsible for the Climate-KIC Innovation activities of the university and steered the implementation of several sustainbility projects with within SMEs as well as large German companies.
He holds a diploma in Business Administration and Chemistry from the Christian-Albrechts University, Kiel and the Erasmus University, Rotterdam. During his studies Marcel Richert has completed several internships at companies like tesa AG and The Boston Consulting Group GmbH (BCG). After his studies he worked as a strategy and business consultant at BCG where he ran different projects in South Africa and Europe. Currently, Marcel Richert is working within the Corporate Development funtion at the TCHIBO GmbH.
