Prof. Dr. Allgoewer Elected Committee Chair

At its annual meeting, the Committee on the History of Economic Thought of the Verein für Socialpolitik elected Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Allgoewer (Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics) as committee chair. The committee focuses on the historiography of economics in the broadest sense—that is, the history of its ideas, theories, methods, and institutions, its schools and movements, as well as the lives and works of individual economists.
