Directions

Arriving by train
Long-distance trains stopping at Dammtor station: take the Moorweide exit (not the side facing the Hamburg Messe) and continue on foot (approx. 5-10 minutes): turn left onto Edmund-Siemers-Allee, walk along it on the opposite side of the street, pass the University’s main building, and turn diagonally right from Edmund-Siemers-Allee onto Grindelallee. After approx. 100 m, turn right toward Von-Melle-Park. Then turn left onto Von-Melle-Park. Building VMP9 is on the left-hand side.

Arriving from Hamburg Airport
From the airport, you can continue by taxi, rental car, or public transport: take the S-Bahn line S1 toward Ohlsdorf, change there to the U1 toward Farmsen/Großhansdorf, ride to the Hallerstraße stop, and continue on foot (approx. 10 minutes). Arriving by car
Approach via Grindelhof/Allende-Platz. Continue on foot across the campus following the directions above.
