IMV-Lab
How can we make the social and ecological impact of social innovations measurable and scalable?
#socialinnovation #socialimpact #impactmeasurement #working together
This is the question we are addressing in our Impact Measurement and Val uation Lab (IMV-Lab) project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The joint research project of the University of Hamburg (Prof. Dr. Laura Marie Edinger-Schons, Felizia von Schweinitz) and LMU Munich (Prof. Dr. Ali Aslan Gümüsay, Dr. Amyn Vogel) has set itself the goal of systematically analyzing the impact measurement of social innovations and providing resources to increase impact transparency. In addition to resources such as our practical handbook on impact measurement and the Impact Model Canvas, in our new project phase starting in September 2024, we will standardize impact criteria based on impact fields and critically examine the standardization potential of social impacts on the target groups of social innovations. In cooperation with social innovators, we are jointly designing a digital solution for our own impact measurement.
