Lisa Pfeiffer is a doctoral researcher in Management at the Professorship of Sustainable Business, University of Hamburg. Her research interests lie in the fostering of sustainable behavior with the help of digital technologies. She is particularly interested in social and contextual influence mechanisms. Her research has been presented at conferences such as the International Association of Business and Society and the Business & Society Seminar. She is project manager for social impact measurement of the project sMArt roots, a cooperation project with the city of Mannheim. As part of the project, target group-specific approaches to measuring the impact of municipal digitization and sustainability projects are developed and implemented. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Psychology (M.Sc.) from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (B.Sc.) from the University of Kassel.
