Joint Finance and Macroeconomics Research Seminar

The IFW Kiel, Kiel University, and the University of Hamburg are pleased to announce a joint block seminar in Finance and Macroeconomics to be held on June 26, 2026. The goal of the seminar is to foster research interaction and exchange among PhD students and faculty from the three institutions. The seminar aims to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for discussing ongoing research, sharing ideas, and developing new collaborations.
We welcome both student and faculty presentations, including polished papers as well as early-stage work from all areas of finance and macroeconomics. In case of high demand, a second seminar day will be scheduled at the Kiel Institute.
