Prof. Späth and Christopher Loreck participated in the 26th CINet Conference in Lucerne, held under the motto “Bridging Deep Tech and People-Centric Innovation”.
During the conference, Sebastian Späth presented their joint study entitled “Compatibility does not matter?! Agent-based modeling of smart home adoption”, which simulates technology adoption depending on facilitating market conditions and device characteristics.
In addition, Prof. Späth served as Chair of the paper session “Public sector, nation-level closing session analysis and corporate venturing”.
We thank the conference organizers and fellow researchers for the discussions and networking sessions, exchanging views with other scholars on technology adoption and digital markets.
