Die Funktion Integrated Reporting innerhalb unserer CFO-Organisation ist verantwortlich für eine verständliche und aussagekräftige Berichtserstattung darüber, wie Strategie, Führung, Leistung und Perspektiven einer Organisation kurz-, mittel- und langfristig zur Wertschöpfung führen. Durch die Anwendung von Prinzipien und Konzepten, die auf eine klare und prägnante Darstellung unserer Wertschöpfungsgeschichte ausgerichtet sind, verbessern wir die Qualität der verfügbaren Informationen über unser Finanzkapital, die für alle Interessengruppen nützlich und relevant sind. Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ermöglichung und Unterstützung eines Projektmanagementprozesses, um die nicht-finanziellen Daten sorgfältig und zeitgerecht zur Verfügung zu stellen und zu berichten
• Koordination der inhaltlichen Entwicklung der nicht-finanziellen Berichtsteile der Gruppe (Nachhaltigkeitsinformationen im künftigen integrierten Bericht, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Berichterstattung gemäß GRI und TCFD)
• Unterstützung der jährlichen Bewertung der Wesentlichkeit
• Unterstützung bei den zugehörigen Prüfungsverfahren im Zusammenhang mit der nicht-finanziellen und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
• Unterstützung bei der Zusammenstellung, Übersetzung und dem Korrekturlesen des kombinierten und integrierten Berichts
• Unterstützung bei ESG-Ratingaktivitäten und Anfragen von ESG-Rating-Agenturen
   

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Asset Management und der zugrundeliegenden Wertschöpfungskette
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Koordination von internen und externen Berichten
• Leitung und Mitwirkung in Projekten, Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
• Proaktiver, unabhängiger, strukturierter, effizienter und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
• Bachelor-Abschluss (oder internationales Äquivalent); MBA oder anderer Master-Abschluss bevorzugt
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

The Integrated Reporting function within our CFO organisation is responsible for a concise communication about how an organization's strategy, governance, performance and prospects lead to the creation of value over the short, medium and long term. In applying principles and concepts that are focused on a clear and concise articulation of our value creation story we are improving the quality of information available on our financial capital which is useful and relevant to all stakeholders. We strongly believe that a company’s overall health not only depends on its financial performance but also on its non-financial capitals. Thus our key products are focused on driving more comprehensive and meaningful information about all aspects of our performance and value creation story delivering benefits for both internal and external stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project management process to ensure accuracy and timely collection of DWS non-financial data and disclosures
• Coordinate content development for DWS non-financial report (sustainability information in the future integrated report, including but not limited to reporting in accordance with GRI and TCFD)
• Support the annual materiality assessment
• Support with the associated assurance processes related to non-financial and sustainability reporting
• Support the compilation, translation and proof-reading of the Combined and Integrated Report
• Support with ESG rating activities and ESG rating agencies’ requests
   

 Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of the Asset Management industry and the corresponding value chain
• Good knowledge in the preparation and coordination of internal and external reports
• Profound interest and/or experience in sustainability-related projects
• Lead and contribute in projects as well as being a good team-player
• Strong project management skills and ability to deal with multiple processes and projects at the same time
• Proactive, independent, structured, efficient and result-oriented working style
• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent); MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
• Fluent and professional English and German (oral and written)
