Ich bin wissenschaftliche:r Mitarbeiter:in und Doktorand:in im DFG-Forschungsprojekt “Counter-Communities’ Protection Practices and Security Utopias in Catastrophic Times” bei Prof. Dr. Nina Perkowski an der Universität Hamburg. Meine Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit globaler politischer Ökonomie, postkolonialer Epistemologie und Studien sozialer Bewegung, mit dem Fokus auf Abolitionistische Ansätze zur Sicherheit, (Gegen-)Gewalt, und den Möglichkeiten, die Welt anders zu denken. Ich habe Philosophy & Economics an der Universität Bayreuth sowie an der Université Saint Joseph in Beirut und Politikwissenschaft an der Universität Kassel studiert. Neben meiner akademischen Arbeit, bin ich Mitbegründer:in von „Queer Analog Darkroom“ (Berlin), einem selbstorganisierten Kollektiv, dass sich mit analoger Fotografie als Gegenpraxis zu hegemonialen Narrativen auseinandersetzt.
