About us
The profile initiative ‘Labour and Social Change’ deals with the question of how the current structural change in work can be characterised and explained and what social consequences result from this - for example with regard to the well-being and health of employees, with regard to education and life chances, with regard to gender relations and with regard to the relationship between work and life and its spatial and technical organisation. In particular, questions of social inequality are analysed.
