ESL One 2018 eSports Event

Stefanie Pakura reports: "It was such a great pleasure seeing my students present their experience and research after attending the ESL One 2018 eSports event at Hamburger Barclaycard Arena. Thanks to the ESL, my "gamification" students got the opportunity to learn about eSport in a very exciting and interactive way. ESports has gained extreme popularity over the past few years all over the world. I have no doubt that exciting changes are happening and that as technology improves, gaming is an increasing driver of digital transformation with tremendous research potential, especially Big Data. I am thankful that, thanks to the ESL, Ralf Reichert, and Manouchehr Shamsrizi even more of my students will have these experiences and exciting research opportunities in the future." #ESL #esports #gaming
