Theresa Rötzel is a research associate in the Cluster of Excellence Climate, Climatic Change, and Society (CliCCS) at the University of Hamburg. She is part of the research group D°GREES (Decarbonization: Global Research on Effects in Enterprises and Societies) and works on the topic Decarbonization of the Economy.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in German-Latin American Business Administration (B.A.) from the University of Applied Sciences Münster and Universidad de la Sabana in Bogotá and a Master's degree in International Business & Sustainability (M.A.) from the University of Hamburg.
During her Bachelor studies, she worked as an intern for a large airline in Bogotá. In Hamburg, she worked as a working student at the Investment and Development Bank in the Innovation and Business Development department and as a student assistant at the Chair of Management and Sustainability.
