By train

If traveling by train to Dammtor train station, take the Moorweide exit (not the exit leading to Hamburg Messe). After walking approximately 5–10 minutes, turn left onto Edmund-Siemers-Allee, and continue straight on the other side of the street, past the Main Building, and then take a diagonal right onto Grindelallee.

By plane

You can take a taxi, a rental car, or public transport from the airport. If traveling by public transport, take the S1 train in the direction of Ohlsdorf, transfer to the U1 train in the direction of Farmsen/Großhandsdorf, and get out at the Hallerstraße train station. From there, it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk. You can find timetables and fares at .

By car

Via Grindelhof/Allende-Platz. Simply walk across the campus using the directions above.
