Judith Möller (surname: van der Woude) has taken up the professorship ‘Empirical Communication Research, esp. Media Use and Media Effects on Society’ at Universität Hamburg in cooperation with the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans Bredow Institute (HBI) on 1 February 2023.

This is a joint appointment, which is linked to teaching activities in the Department of Journalism and Communication Studies at the University of Hamburg and research activities at the HBI.

Note: Judith van der Woude (née Möller) continues to use her maiden name in public life and for academic publications.
