Paper on “Research streams on digital transformation from a holistic business perspective: a systematic literature review and citation network analysis” by Piet Hausberg and Stefanie Pakura, and colleagues, recently published in JBE (Journal of Business Economics). In their paper, Piet Hausberg, Kirsten Liere-Netheler, Sven Packmohr, Stefanie Pakura, and Kristin Vogelsang present a systematic literature offering further insights into the digital transformation research. The paper aims at providing a deeper understanding of how research in this important field has developed and what the main research streams are. Based on citation network analysis, the authors provide a framework for the identified nine main areas with corresponding research gaps and, thus, blind spots that need further research attention.
