Supervision of final theses

Final theses within the Professorship for Human Resources and Gender and the Professorship for Human Resource Management are assigned during 2 periods every year: in July (for the following winter semester) and January (for the following summer semester). Applications must be submitted by 15 July or 15 January, respectively. The theses must be handed in during the following semester (or, for students enrolled under the new HRM master’s regulations, during the following 2 semesters).

The next application deadline for a final thesis within the Professorship for Human Resources and Gender or the Professorship for Human Resource Management is 15 July 2020.

If you are interested in completing a final thesis during the next winter semester, email the completed PDF form to Silke Buck (Silke.Buck@uni-hamburg.de( Birgit.Wendland"AT"wiso.uni-hamburg.de)) by 15 July 2020.

After the application period ends, we will start the selection process. You will find out whether supervision is available to you and, if so, who will supervise your work by 15 August 2020.

If you have been selected for supervision, contact your supervisor promptly to discuss your project schedule. If we do not hear from you within 2 weeks of our preliminary acceptance notice, you will forfeit your place. It may be given to another applicant on the waiting list.
