For many years, she has been researching the compatibility of family and career and the reasons why the higher the qualification and hierarchy, the more the proportion of women in science decreases. In this episode, Vera Tröger shares what she believes needs to happen to achieve true equality in science, how her own biography shaped her research interests, and what advice she would give to young scientists*.
