Liebe Studierende,

eine unserer Outgoing-Studierenden an der Partneruniversität IAE Aix-Marseille Université berichtet in dem nachfolgenden Beitrag über ihre Teilnahme an der Messe zum Thema Auslandsstudium ihrer derzeitigen Gastuniversität.

“On October 23rd, the IAE campus of Aix-Marseille University hosted a Study Abroad Fair, aimed at providing Master 1 students with a chance to explore their options for a semester abroad during the 2025/2026 academic year. The event welcomed Erasmus and international students like myself to represent our home universities and share insights from our experiences abroad.

As a representative of the University of Hamburg, I had the opportunity to connect with Aix-Marseille students, answering their questions and sharing why Hamburg is a fantastic place to study. I provided detailed information about the academic programs at the University of Hamburg, the city’s culture, and my home university’s excellent rankings. Additionally, I shared practical advice about student life in Hamburg and helped students understand what they can expect if they choose Hamburg as their exchange destination.

I also prepared promotional materials featuring key facts about the university and the city of Hamburg, and I offered contact information for students interested in learning more. The fair provided a great platform for fostering cross-cultural connections and guiding students in their decision-making process for their study abroad experience.
