Together with Manouchehr Shamsrizi, Adalbert Pakura, Jens Wiechers and Dominique V. Dauster, Dr. Stefanie Pakura has published a chapter titled „Digital Entrepreneurship for the “Decade of Action”. How Entrepreneurs Can Impact Our Race Towards the Sustainable Development Goals”.
In 2020, the UN launched the “Decade of Action” to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the year 2030. As the SDGs are interdependent, intersectional and interdisciplinary, so must be their solutions. This chapter argues that the best way to identify, develop, and scale solutions of such quality is (digital) entrepreneurship, building on the principles of open innovation, cutting-edge technologies, and social business.
