Curriculum Vitae
Lisa Harborth joined the Chair for Organization Studies as a doctoral researcher in March 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Musicology and Intercultural Arts Management from University of Music Weimar and University of Jena, and a master’s degree in International Business and Sustainability from University of Hamburg.
The focus of her master studies lied on compliance, ethical decision-making, and the coordination of organizational routines. Furthermore, she spent one semester as an Erasmus student at IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management in France. The research of her dissertation concentrates on the coordination of organizational routines, management in emergency settings and crises, and the impact of time on organizations.
Lisa Harborth is a Member of DFG-Network "A Temporal Perspective on Disruptive Innovation Processes".
