Tabea works as a student assistant at the Chair of Management and Sustainability. She supports research in subproject B4 of the Cluster of Excellence CLICCS, focusing on "Corporate Decisions to Decarbonize the Economy". She is currently studying Innovation, Business and Sustainability (M.A.) at the University of Hamburg and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations (B.A.) from the University of Erfurt. She worked for the Vice President of the German Bundestag, Katrin Göring-Eckardt, for two years and was active in the Youth Council of the Generations Foundation for generational and climate justice. She also completed internships at the "Museum für Werte" and the "Marburger Bund", both in Berlin.
