Semester Dates and Deadlines
You must register for and withdraw from courses, seminars, and examinations in STiNE before the set deadlines.
The semester dates will be announced on the Campus Center website.
Registration periods for modules and courses
- The registration periods for modules and courses will be announced on the STiNE website.
- The early registration period applies only for HEHCM students when registering for the courses in the module “Seminar Management im Gesundheitswesen”.
- During an “emergency registration day” you can approach the Academic Office if unresolved (technical) problems have prevented you from registering to courses. Usually, this takes place on the last day of the changes and corrections period, between 10 pm and 1 am.

Please note that for students in the Master HEHCM, withdrawing from written examinations in courses offered by the Faculty of Business Administration is possible only within defined periods set by the Faculty. Please check the website of the Faculty of Business Administration.
Period for Written Examinations
The exams take place within the first three weeks after the end of the lecture. The second examination period is usually two weeks before the start of the lecture and lasts one week.
Grade Notification Deadlines
In the Bachelor's degree program a correction period of four weeks after the exam date or deadline for a written examination is valid.
Master’s degree programs are subject to correction deadlines of 4 weeks for MA programs and 6 weeks for MSc programs pursuant to the examination regulations for the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences.
