If you would like a written recommendation, you must have completed a seminar or course (we recommend with at least a grade of “good”) or have written a bachelor’s or master’s thesis within the scope of this professorship.
Students who meet these criteria should send the following supporting documents by email to
- curriculum vitae
- cover letter (email) with Transcript of Records and exact details of the courses you completed within the scope of the professorship
- list of addresses where the confidential evaluations should be sent
- If available, form for the written recommendation (if not available, please indicate!)
- description (in flowing text) of relevant facts for the application in question (max. of one DIN A4 page)
After you submit your documents, you will be invited for an interview.
Please be aware that preparing an evaluation takes time; hence, we recommend that you contact the departmental office in a timely manner (at least one month before the submission deadline for the written recommendation).
