Kurz-Vita

1998-2002 Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Philipps-Universität Marburg und der University of Texas at Dallas. 2002 Master of Science (M.Sc., summa cum laude) in Management and Administrative Science. 2007 Promotion (Dr. rer. pol, summa cum laude) am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Philipps-Universität Marburg zu Thema Structures and Dynamics of Autopoietic Organizations. 2002-2005 Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und später Projektleiter im Bereich Enterprise Content Management für die Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt am Main. 2006-2009 Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Kommunikationswissenschaft an der Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg mit einem Forschungsprojekt der VolkswagenStiftung zum Thema Wikis in Organizations. Seit September 2009 Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Organisation und Unternehmensführung der Universität Hamburg. Leiter des DFG-geförderten Wissenschaftlichen Netzwerks Organization as Communication.
