An ambitious and challenging of a global media master's program is the Erasmus Mundus Journalism and Media within Globalisation "The European Perspective ". 

Funded by the European Union, this English program allows participants to study at various European universities. In addition to the University of Hamburg, participating universities include centers in Aarhus (Denmark), Swansea (Wales), London and Amsterdam. Other partner universities are located in Santiago de Chile, Berkeley, UTS Sydney.
