Research Fields
The Centre for Economic and Sociological Studies is currently organised into four autonomous fields of study. They encompass a variety of separate projects and areas of research. The CESS derives its identity from the mutuality and coherence between different four fields of study:
- Research field 1: Social-economics of democratic government (res publica)
- Research field 2: Transformation and involvement
- Research field 3: Social platform for the metropolitan region of Hamburg: social cohesion and integration
- Research field 4: Economics
