ECREA 2010 in Hamburg
From 12 to 15 October 2010, the 3rd ECREA Communication Conference took place in Hamburg. The overarching theme of the conference was "Transcultural Communication - Intercultural Comparisons".
Several members of EuroMaPS participated in the organisation of the conference and/or presented a paper.

Anabela Carvalho is Associate Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences of the University of Minho and during December 2010 CLiSAP Visiting Scholar at the University of Hamburg. Her research focuses on various forms of environment and science communication with a particular emphasis on the mediations of climate change.
